WriteLog for NS

Starting with WriteLog version 12.48 the ‘NCCC Sprint’ contest selection will work correctly for both the CW and RTTY NS.  In WriteLog’s Contest Parameter setup, one enters their name and QTH as well as enabling dupes to be scored, or not.
